M. Eilene Mericle

   M. Eilene Mericle, 93, passed away May 4, 2017 at 7:47 p.m. at Willow Ridge - Betty House in Bluffton.  Eilene was born April 4, 1924 in Orange Township near Bluffton to the late Ross and Arah (Ewing) Tripplehorn.  On September 17, 1942 she married Gerald “Gene” Mericle who preceded her in death on October 22, 1997.
   Eilene was a homemaker and had also worked at Gillette Bakery and Crow’s Dime Store both of Bluffton.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Bluffton and the Bluffton Senior Citizens.  Eilene enjoyed playing cards, cooking, baking and loved her family.

Owen Darrel Yoder

   Owen Darrel Yoder, 94, passed away on May 3, 2017 at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton.
   Darrel was the eldest child born on March 5, 1923, in Nappanee, Indiana, to the late Owen J. and Verda (Yoder) Yoder.

Max Rodabaugh

   Max Rodabaugh, 86, passed away April 20, 2017, at Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton.  Max was born Nov. 6, 1930, in Hancock County, Ohio, to Lawrence and B. Maree (Zinn) Rodabaugh who preceded him in death. On Dec. 26, 1954, he married Judith (Moe) Rodabaugh who survives.
   Max proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was privileged to take an Honor Flight in June of 2015.  After his time in the military, Max worked for Stoops Freightliner as a diesel mechanic foreman and retired after 34 years of employment.

Treva M. Sousley

   Treva M. Sousley, 91, of Bluffton, passed away at 2:25 a.m., April 19, 2017 at Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. 
   Treva was born Dec. 15, 1925, in Beaverdam to the late Walter M. and Luella M. (Steiner) Hochstettler.  On April 1, 1945, she married Ralph R. Sousley of Ada. and he preceded her in death on June 17, 1995.
